What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about services
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- A positive, service-oriented attitude
